One of the reasons given for the gender and diversity imbalance is the lack of mentoring. As a first move, we are able to provide a more structured mentoring program for the next generation of insurance business leaders.

One of the key contributions of ISC members to the industry is to provide high profile and visible role models to aspiring young talent from our schools and colleges, in addition to the next generation of female leaders in our industry. In this pursuit mentoring plays a key part.

In 2013, we have put together a pilot mentoring programme which commenced from September 2014.
