Senior operating executive in financial services and a leader in structured finance, credit products and risk management. Head of MetLife’s Corporate Benefit Funding division, which provides a broad range of structured risk and funding solutions in the U.S. and U.K. Products include group pensions, investment and funding solutions that are sold to institutional buyers including defined benefit and defined contribution plan sponsors.

Started-up the bulk annuity pension business in the U.K. and serve as chairman of the board of MetLife Assurance Ltd. Launched new, innovative products in the areas of funding agreements, guaranteed insurance contracts (GICs), and the first ever deferred annuity in a target date fund. Led a major re-engineering project that reduced costs, increased synergies between departments, improved service quality and substantially improved customer satisfaction.

Served as head of MetLife’s U.S. diversity initiative from 2010-2011. Revamped the focus and structure of the U.S. diversity program, linking it to business strategy for the first time, bringing it out of the Human Resources function and imbedding it into lines of business.

Named P&L Executive of the Year by National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) in 2012. Also selected to be on the 2012 list of Women in Insurance Leadership by Insurance Networking News’ 7th Annual Women in Insurance Leadership. Was selected in 2013 to be a join Women Corporate Directors, a global community of women directors.
